Graphics & Exhibit Design

From concept to color-accurate production, we create trade show graphics and exhibit designs that read from across the aisle and hold up under show lighting. Templates, 3D visuals, and print management included.

Clear hierarchy, restrained messaging, flawless fabrication—graphics and design that perform on a busy show floor.

Getting exhibit graphics right

Exhibit graphics are not print work scaled up. A booth graphic is read at speed, from an angle, at twenty feet, by someone walking past with somewhere else to be. That changes everything about hierarchy: one message large enough to land, supporting detail sized for someone who has already stopped, and nothing at all in the zone that will be hidden by the crowd standing in your booth.

Production has its own constraints. Backlit fabric behaves differently from a printed wall because the light comes through the material rather than off it, so the fabric choice, diffusion and ink curves have to be tuned for the lightbox or the image reads washed out. Working from art templates for each component, with proofs and controlled print conditions, is what makes the color match across panels printed at different times.

Templates

Layouts, lighting and traffic flow visualised before anything is committed to fabrication.

Color management

Backlit tuning

Fabric types, diffusion and ink curves adjusted specifically for lightboxes.

Common questions

What file format should we supply artwork in?

Work from the art templates supplied for each component, which are built to the correct dimensions with bleed and safe areas marked. Supplying vector logos and high-resolution source images matters more than the container format, and preflight catches problems before print.

Will the colors match our brand exactly?

Color management with proofs and controlled print conditions is used to get brand-accurate color and keep it consistent across panels. Backlit components need separate attention because transmitted light shifts appearance compared to a printed wall.

Why are backlit graphics printed differently?

Because the light passes through the fabric rather than reflecting off it. Fabric type, diffusion and ink curves are tuned for the lightbox, and a file printed for a standard wall will usually read washed out when it is lit from behind.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Revision rounds run to approval, with preflight and proofing before anything goes to print, and final files are packaged and archived so the next reprint starts from the approved artwork rather than a rebuild.
