Finishing a booth properly
Accessories are where a booth stops looking like a backdrop and starts looking like a space. Lighting is the highest-return item on the list: spotlights and arm lights aimed at graphics, or edge-lit panels built into the structure, make the difference between a print that reads from the aisle and one that disappears under hall lighting.
The rest is about how the booth actually gets used for three days. Counters and kiosks give staff somewhere to stand, demo and store things. Flooring defines your footprint and is noticeably easier on the feet than hall concrete. Cases protect all of it in transit, which is what keeps the same kit looking new across a season of shows.

Common questions
How much lighting does a booth need?
It depends on the hall and on how much of your message lives in the graphics. As a rule, any large printed wall benefits from dedicated lighting, because ambient hall lighting is designed for aisles rather than for the inside of your booth.
Do we need flooring?
It is not required, but it defines your space visually and is significantly more comfortable to stand on for a multi-day show. It also hides the state of the hall floor, which varies a great deal from venue to venue.
Can we get lockable storage in the booth?
Yes. Counters and kiosks can be specified with locking storage, which is the practical way to keep bags, literature and personal items secure without giving up floor space to a separate closet.
Do accessories need power ordered from the show?
Anything lit does. Lighting ships with mounting hardware and power adapters, but the electrical drop itself is ordered from the show, and we include it in the show forms so it is not missed at the deadline.
