Booth Rentals
What sizes of rental booths do you offer?
Everything from 10×10 and 10×20 inline kits to 20×20+ island exhibits. We’ll recommend a layout based on your goals, budget, and venue rules.
What’s included with a rental?
Design, graphics, hardware, logistics planning, and optional install & dismantle (I&D). We can also handle show services, AV, and storage as needed.
Can rentals be branded like a custom build?
Yes—our modular systems use fabric graphics, counters, lightboxes, and signage tailored to your brand standards for a custom look.
Timelines & Process
How far in advance should we start?
For most projects, begin 6–10 weeks before the show. Complex islands may require 10–14 weeks. Rush options may be available—ask us.
How does the process work?
Discovery → Concept & Estimate → Graphics & Prep → Shipping → I&D → Post‑show refresh. We manage the logistics so you can focus on meetings and outcomes.
Do you handle shipping and material handling (drayage)?
Yes. We plan shipments, labels, target move‑in, and material handling with the decorator to minimize wait times and avoid fees.
Graphics & Design
What file formats do you accept?
Vector PDFs or AI files for logos; packaged InDesign; high‑res TIFF/PNG for images. We’ll provide art templates for every component.
Can you help with design?
Absolutely. Our in‑house team creates concepts and 3D visuals, or we can collaborate with your agency using our templates.
Do you print backlit graphics?
Yes—dye‑sublimated fabric optimized for lightboxes with even diffusion and color accuracy.
I&D, Storage & On‑Site
Do you provide install & dismantle?
Yes. Our Tampa team coordinates local crews for I&D in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and Orlando.
Can you store our exhibit between shows?
We offer storage and asset management with pre‑show inspection and post‑show refresh to extend graphics life.
Do you offer on‑site support during the show?
Yes—ask about on‑call or on‑site support packages based on your exhibit size and schedule.
Pricing & Payment
How are projects priced?
Transparent estimates for hardware, graphics, services, shipping, and I&D. We’ll also advise on where to optimize cost without losing impact.
Do you require a deposit?
Typically yes—deposits vary by scope and timeline. Your estimate will include payment milestones.
Do you work outside Central Florida?
Yes. We regularly support clients nationwide; however, our fastest response and most cost‑effective I&D is in Tampa, St. Pete, Sarasota, and Orlando.
