Leadership
Carole Dale, President — Taking the helm in 2010 after a successful career in advertising, Carole brought a marketer’s mindset and a passion for client success. Under her leadership, sales have more than doubled, fueled by a relentless focus on exceeding expectations. “You want someone who has solutions—there is always a solution and we’re going to find it,” she says. Carole has guided investments in technology, product innovation, and showroom space to ensure longevity and stability for clients and her team alike.
Paul Dale, Vice President of Operations — Known for his hands-on leadership and problem-solving mindset, Paul keeps projects moving seamlessly from planning to show floor. Clients know him as someone who always finds a way—earning comparisons to the original “MacGyver.” Originally from New Zealand, Paul brings his passion for teamwork and sportsmanship to every project, backed by decades of experience in trade show operations. He is as committed to supporting clients on the show floor as he is to cheering on his family and rugby team.
Together, Carole and Paul lead a dedicated team of designers, project managers, and service specialists who act as an extension of your brand. Their goal is simple: exhibits that stop traffic, start conversations, and leave lasting impressions.
