How install and dismantle works
Install and dismantle is scheduled work, not a crew turning up when convenient. The show sets a target move-in window, the decorator sequences the hall, and rigging, electrical and AV vendors have to happen in the right order. A booth installed out of sequence waits, and waiting costs money.
Many halls also have jurisdictional rules about who may perform which work, which varies by venue and by city. Knowing those rules before arriving is most of what separates an install that finishes early from one that finishes at midnight. Our crews work these venues regularly, and you get one crew lead as a point of contact rather than a rotating cast.

Common questions
Can our own team set up the booth instead?
Sometimes, and portable and smaller modular systems are designed for it. Larger builds and many halls have rules about who may perform install work, so whether self-install is permitted depends on the venue and the show rather than on the booth alone.
What does a crew lead do?
The crew lead is your single point of contact on site. They hold the schedule, coordinate with the decorator and the electrical and rigging vendors, and are the person to find when something on the floor does not match the plan.
What happens at teardown?
The booth is dismantled, components are labeled and packed out for outbound shipping, and a post-show inspection and report record the condition everything came back in, which is what makes the next pre-show inspection meaningful.
