Paul Dale is the Vice President of Operations for Skyline Suncoast. He prides himself and his team on consistently going above and beyond for their clients. Since joining the team in 2010, Paul has helped implement new procedures, best practices and procured top-of-the-line equipment to facilitate efficient operations. Paul’s focus is on the client and exceeding their expectations in every way possible. This drive and customer-centric philosophy has led to sales doubling over the past five years.
On the trade show floor? Paul is always hands on and all in! He has been reprimanded (more than he wants to admit) by Union personnel for doing too much work. He is always ready to jump in and get the job done and done right! And if there is a problem? Paul will come up with a solution, we’re pretty sure he was the original “MacGyver”!
Paul hails from New Zealand, is passionate about all sports including of course, his first passion, rugby. He loves spending time with his family, including traveling for his daughter’s volleyball tournaments and visiting his oldest daughter at UF, especially on football Saturdays!
